On a cold Saturday evening in November 2005, seven teams turned out to complete for the “Ted Fitter Fellowship Quiz Trophy”.

The questions were set and administered by Jon & Margaret Polden from Romford. Checking was efficiently carried out by Brenda Fitter, Lin Wetherell & Lionel Sadler. Thanks to all.

After a brain-stretching evening and a jockeying for positions, the Winners by one point were “Sue’s Team” from Ilford East.

Congratulations.

The evening raised a magnificent £150 which was donated to The Meningitis Trust.
